This is the plain English version. We collect what we need to run your agents and your calls, we do not sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Recordings and transcripts

Calls made through Callosell are transcribed, and they are recorded if recording is turned on for that agent. You can turn recording off per agent in the dashboard. You are the one calling people, so it is your job to tell them that the call is handled by an AI agent and recorded, wherever the law where you and they are requires it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, recordings live in private storage, and everything in the app is scoped to your workspace.

Your choices

You can view and edit most of your data in the dashboard, turn off call recording per agent, and delete your account whenever you like. If you want a copy of your data or want it erased, email us and we will sort it out.

Age

Callosell is a business tool for people who are 18 or older. It is not meant for children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

Callosell is early and still changing, so this policy will change too. If we change anything important, we will update the date at the top and let you know by email.
